The Future Free planning tool (questionnaire and results) runs entirely in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your financial or questionnaire data.

When you use the contact form, we receive and process the information you submit. This includes:

• Name, email address, and message
• Inquiry type (e.g. general, business, sponsorship)
• At least one social media link or handle (as required by the form)
• Optionally: website URL, company/organisation name, and phone number

This data is used only to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties. We apply rate limiting by IP address to prevent abuse, the IP is not stored for longer than necessary for that purpose.

Tool: We do not use any of your tool data because we do not collect it, all calculations happen on your device.

Contact form: We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry and to send you a confirmation email. We do not use it for marketing, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties except as necessary for email delivery.

We may set one optional cookie (ff_currency) if you choose a display currency in the planning tool; it is used only to remember that preference (e.g. for the blog). We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google may set its own cookies for site usage statistics. We use the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website (e.g. page views, general traffic). Google may set cookies and collect data as described in their privacy policy. We do not use analytics to identify you personally, and your financial planning (tool) data is never sent to Google or any analytics service.
• Email delivery: Contact form submission and response emails are sent through our email provider, this is necessary to respond to you.
• Blog currency: On blog pages we may use a third-party service to infer approximate location by IP solely to suggest a display currency; we do not store that result. If you set a currency in the tool, we use our own cookie instead.

Tool: No financial data is collected or stored by us, so there is no server-side data to secure, processing is local to your device.

For the planning tool we do not hold your data. For contact form submissions you may ask us what we hold, request correction, or request deletion by contacting us at contact@futurefree.money. We will respond in line with applicable law.
